2) How do you wanted the video presented? (formal, informal)
3) What are the hairstyles?
4) How long do you want it to be ideally?
Notes
used other recorded videos of haircuts to demonstrate. want their own cuts recorded for Demos
live models and head, aimed at lvl2 and 3 barbering.
record in silence, edit music and narration over the top, rather than speaking on the camera. Writing on screen.
Going into cutting programme to show current learners and also for promotional purpose.
Stills (photos) teaching level 3s preparing cuts etc for industry.
speeding it up? Average cut takes approx 20 mins, 20 minutes for cut at industry pace.
techniques (text on screen??) with voice overs.
voice over it after?
record models just with music just for the hair cut work not full tutorial.
can send it out to schools to promote the barbering and the college as a whole.
possible future work with next year level 3 to showcase work.
Educational with heads (learning tool)
With the models bit of both, promoting barbering and also as an education tool, also to promote the commercial part of it.
Music not sure at the moment- trendy, cool, something that fits,
talk through a haircut well so can make a narration.
No step 1,2,3 etc text
wants the videos togo onto the Sway for level 2 learners which explains how to cut hair etc.
Not too worried about the narration as in the Sway he has a written step by step guide on how to do it.
Promo videos. - Models, name of the hair cut with music over video.
Intro - College Logo, barbering logo, cut name,
logo at the beginning so it doesn't take over video
White background for models (dark hair , contrast )
Wants barber chair brining up for the models.
Showcase Chair, tools, things like that (cinematic possibility?)
Timing - Wednesday are best days all day.
behind the scene video - Likes - does well- shows what goes on to people.-
intro and outro
